About Peak Financial Group

Peak Financial Group LLC is a Texas-registered company focused on acquiring and managing properties in partnership with mission-driven organizations. We balance prudent business management with lasting community impact — operating at the intersection of responsible stewardship and genuine purpose.

Peak Financial Group operates two arms: Peak Platforms, a real-time broadcast technology company that generates operating revenue, and a property acquisitions division that pursues mission-aligned real estate opportunities.

The Founder

About Kevin Whitaker

Kevin Whitaker is the founder of Peak Financial Group LLC and the visionary behind the Freedom Ranch initiative. Kevin has passed the Series 6, 63, and 65 securities exams and currently holds an active life insurance license in Texas (renewable in Oklahoma and New Mexico), which he uses to assist family and friends rather than as an active line of business.

Kevin's official residence is in Texas, with a second residence in Montezuma, New Mexico. He and his wife Michelle divide much of their time between Oklahoma City and Montezuma.

How We Fund the Mission

Peak Financial Group's technology division — Peak Platforms — operates a portfolio of real-time broadcast infrastructure products serving sports networks, cheer and gymnastics gyms, casino floors, and ministry organizations nationwide.

A portion of Peak Platforms revenue is set aside to support future mission-driven initiatives, including the Freedom Ranch Project. When operators license Peak infrastructure, they're part of something larger than a software subscription.

The Vision

Freedom Ranch — A Future Initiative

Kevin's family has owned property in the Montezuma, New Mexico area for over 25 years. Hermit's Peak — visible from their home — is the namesake and inspiration behind both Peak Financial Group and Peak Platforms.

In 2022, the Hermits Peak and Calf Canyon fires — the largest in New Mexico's history — swept through the Gallinas Canyon area. His family's home suffered smoke damage, but the broader impact on neighbors and the surrounding community left a lasting mark.

That experience is a driving force behind Freedom Ranch: a desire to build a sanctuary for the first responders and those who support them — the men and women who serve this community and others like it. Freedom Ranch is envisioned as a future retreat model where excellence, faith, and compassion come together to restore those who serve. Peak Financial Group is setting aside resources toward this future initiative as part of its broader mission-driven acquisitions strategy.

What Freedom Ranch Aims to Provide

Freedom Ranch is currently a planned initiative. No site has been finalized, and the nonprofit structure to support it is still being established.
